Alberto I think we stick with our custom formation. We seem to leak goals when we try too much change.
 
Yeah.We should revert back to custom. The problem is if one of our FB is suspended/injured!
 
Yeah if we lose either of Sagna or Trasch then we are in trouble. Really need to find cover for them in the transfer window.

We got a cup home game against the Entertainers. What do you think of the above lineup? Particularly looking for your opinion on the three positions I'm unsure about - GK, DM, ST.
 
Rotate the keepers around for Cup and League.So go with Muslera.It is perfect game for Matuidi to make his debut.Play Adebayor so he returns to his form.Do you think we should rest Tevez?Swap Trasch for Sagna.

A draw in the cup game.

Going into the next game against Gawalmandi I say we go with our strongest team and the custom formation. Need to get a solid combo happening again otherwise the gap between us and Mafia will just keep growing.
 
At least the players have much needed confidence.A draw is acceptable in a cup game.Adebayor is on a roll!

Transfer window will be important! Like you have acknowledged we need reinforcements in Full Back/ AM. I say we also consider a CB/RM.Are you willing to spend carefully/recklessly?
 
I'm willing to spend carefully. I don't think there is any point in wholesale changes. We are still 2nd in a tough league so I still see the current starting XI remaining our core. We just need some cover for injuries/suspension. Also there are a number of core players that I wouldn't contemplate selling. What is the maximum squad limit we are allowed. We might still be under.
 
22 is the limit.I think we have 18/19 players.We need to improve our squad with quality.
 
I will assemble a list of potential targets if that is Allright with you Brother Genghis.

I was thinking that but thought we could rest him for a game. He will probably come off the bench anyways.
 
I guess we could splash out on a player as we have a bit more money than others.

Only players I would think of offloading are Huth, Fabiano and maybe Milner/Garay.
 
What are you thinking for next game,Genghis? We are running out of ideas.I have suggested a change in setup.Conceding is a big issue.

I'm thinking it's may also be the constant changing of formation which is hampering progress. Don't think we've played the same formation more than twice in a row lately.
 
Ok.Keep the faith in the tried and tested for the next game but start with Adebayor.I think you should start with Matuidi.
 
Actually Tevez is also suspended so this may be the best time to try the one lone striker. I'm going to post the formation you suggested.

Yes we did. Tevez is back too. Should we revert back to custom or stick with the lone striker?

Going by the stats in the last game all defensive players played well but attack was a bit poor.
 
Muslera I think also has made a good statement to become the first choice keeper.
 
Go back to Custom Formation as then Tevez won't be able to play with Adebayor.The defence kept a clean sheet for a long time.

Thanks. Just posted. I forgot that Johnson is out with injury so Milner came in his place.

Which isn't much really as we're going through our worst phase.
 
Khedira is away on international duty next game. I say we go with the same lineup with Matuidi in his place.
 
You might as well try Huth and Garay together in CB as Ferdinand has played a lot of games.I agree with Matuidi.

According to Ibad Bale played as a LW so I'm not comfortable with playing him as a fullback as I think he's played poorly in that position when he's played there in the past.
