Matchfixers thread

Need to release 3 players. What do you think.

I'm thinking Cesar, Fucile and one more?

Trasch is versatile which is why I would hold onto him. Can play multiple positions. Johnson maybe we could release.
 
Genghis,but I have offered Fucile and Cesar for Lewandowski deal!Agreed 30 million plus those 2 and Carroll!

I am having second thoughts on Asamoah deal.Seems on this version of FM13 he is a DM and not a WB or Winger as other stat screenshots on net show him as.

Can i have Alex Song?

Alberto the fact that each team has to release 3 players means that we really don't know who will be up for trade anymore. Plus nothing is final with any of the deals at the moment. You have just seen now that CJ is having second thoughts about Asamoah. Once the real trading starts there is a chance the Lewandowski deal could fall over. Someone could come in with a better offer and then we will be in a bad position with in effect having released 3 players and having the two (Cesar and Fucile) in our squad.

With the first release of 3 players we must release our 3 most unused squad members.

Remember other teams will also be releasing 3 players and there may be some good pickup in the free transfer market too.

Yeah.You are correct but release Fucile,Johnson and Cesar.Though we would be a keeper short!We have Skrtel though!

Thanks for understanding. I think we can find a decent backup keeper in the free transfer market.
 
I could not be more than happy!We share common ground in our ideas and do the best for Matchfixers as we won the cup last season!Genghis, you going to be active for Transfer window? So the state of play is Barzagli and money for Skrtel which is done deal as Cani won't go back! Asamoah maybe will go!

I think the Skrtel transfer will do us well. Need some good CBs for our aging captain. Was happy with the Asamoah deal but lets see what happens there with cj.

I will try and be on a couple times a day. So let's discuss the offers here. I think we should try and go for one of these younger superstars which Ibad is introducing. Also will be interesting to see who the Mafia release.

I need to offload a couple of players before i can get Asamoah.

Genghis,Will you unleash me in the window like last time?I did well in the Mid season window getting Ansaldi(our first choice LB), Caulker who is a defensive giant now and young to Marshall our defense, Walcott who is deadly with Adebayor,Dembele who is quality in central/Attacking midfield!

I thought you'd like that one. I don't like throwing too many players into one deal as it reduces our trading power for other trades. Let's see what feedback we get.

Alberto you did well but didn't we pick the above from the free transfer market mostly. I think our free buys were actually better than our other trades. I am happy to give you full reign in the free transfer market but I think for other trades we should discuss it here first.

Yes,you are correct!Plus the timing of a first come market is favourable to me as I am online more than you and also the timings as well! You see though the mid season window is tough as managers don't want to part with their squads and it's easier now to get top range players!

We desperately need a top range striker as goals were a problem!No one scored like Higuain or Llorente who were top scorers with 20+ goals!
 
Not interested in cash deals for first team or squad rotation regulars. We are already one of the richest in terms of money I believe.

Lol Alberto this is kinda sad you were more than happy to take over Mafia because they were already a champion team and youd be jumping on a ship that had already set sail but you don't wanna prove your credentials from the bottom..they have some top top players isco, hazard, muller, gundogan, kaka etc

I am a winner.I have proved myself.Me and Genghis are a dream team who won a trophy with a team with the least players above 1 million so Cani your above comment does not make any sense!I havr helped Matchfixers float so I have proven my capabilities even you can't deny that!
 
Im not denying how good you are, I'm saying its time you make the step up and prove it instead of hiding in Genghis' shadow - anyway your call, you have a day to decide, talk to Genghis and make up your mind, Ibad probably won't offer you a team again..
 
Alberto for the sake of the competition and probably for your own good I think it may be time to make your mark now. You know and I know your credentials as a manager but I think the remaining forum members will never accept you until you've proven yourself as a manager rather than an assistant. Blanco is a top team with some very good players. I'm sure if you take them you will do well there. You are a major part of our success last season and it's now time to leave your own legacy.
