Seeing him tuk tuk away is extremely disheartening and fustrating. I have wanted him dropped since 2013. It's clear he is past his best and yet we are still selecting.

Hafeez did really well today with his bowling... in fact, his bowling helped us win the match..
but for the next match he should be moved up the order..to opening position..
Azhar should be dropped... hafeez open and Harris should be played at number 4.
Pak should plan long term... in 2 years.. he will be 38... during world cup 2019...
would he be able to contribute the same as.. lets someone like Harris, fawad or even fahim ashraf??
if not... he should be dropped and someone younger should be tried..
If he had bated at 6/7 in his career he would have done a lot better and would have much more respect ....?
That award goes to Misbahthe most selfish player in the era of Pak cricket
That's very tricky position to bat
Hafeez won't be able to get his selfish 50s there..
38 is the final year for most players in international cricket
That award goes to Misbah
No comparison. But hafeez is close.
I would say hafeez is one of the most overrated players in Pakistan history. I wonder what his average is outside of Asia?

Hafeez is a direct competition to Imad in my opinion. Only one of them can be in the team.
But he did well against West Indies and in the Pakistan Cup... and has played two important stabilising innings for Pakistan at the Champions Trophy...

I hope Mickey reads this thread. Hafeez is a pathetic player
Guys what are you talking about Inzi the revolutionary will induct Hafeez in the next squad as well.
He'll actually do well at no. 6 and better than Sarfraz there.
Swap the positions, simple.
We still need hafeez the sixth bowler for days when shadab/fahim r expensive
Batting was a bit clutch today
Today is the perfect reason why I wanted Hafeez down the order at no. 6 or so. Take note Pete Rose
Just a shame, it has come sooo late into his career and he is touching 37.
I wanted this as well, I don't get it really. You have a player who struggles against movement, yet you make him open?
Still doesn't warrant a place in the top 5.
I've always maintained that you play him as a bowler and bat him at 6, occasional 5.
Where the idea of him as an opener came from always baffled me.
