It was a great knock by young Naim.

Tough luck bro.

Future belongs to you.

Asian Bloc will always cheer for you

He did well. He couldn't win the game unfortunately.

He is young and hopefully he will get better.

Beautiful batsman

Strokes allround the ground. Got all the shots to do well in white ball cricket

Kid actually is very good - plays proper shot and can score boundaries with low risk percentage shots. Where he’ll end depended on several other factors, but his List A stats is like 50/90 and at the right age.

Mighty impressive, was single handedly taking the game away, gave us a real scare.

Sad that Tamim and Shakib couldn't play in this series.

I hope Naim becomes an even better batsman than Tamim Iqbal for Bangladesh.

He played one shot today which had Brian Laraesque swagger

There are two more kids (you'll see in U19 WC), potentially better than Tamim & Mushi - Tanzid and Towhid, and the WK Akbar should serve BD for 20 years in different level. Batting wasn't a big issue as Saif & Afif will also improve, they are not getting enough chances in top order - it's the fast bowlers that main issue. U19 team has 2 pacers though, Tanzim and Shoriful - but our pacers often fade away after a decent start. Heard U16 Captain Naim is even better batsman .....

Congrats sirji, you've got a gun replacement for Tamim who has regressed a lot of late.

The lad has a good eye.

Definitely one who could have a bright future.

Very impressive I liked his style and the ease with which he was clearing the boundaries

Who's considered Bangladesh's best batsman till date bro. Tamim or Shakib or maybe Mushy?

I rate Tamim highest because he is a Test opener and quite good in that job. Also, he has been there for 12+ years now as specialist bat - other two actually got back-up (wasn't dropped) during their lean patch as batsman for their other skills. Shakib is a hand-eye player with a sharp mind and big heart, but Tamim is technically far superior batsman. Mushi is a late bloomer and the best best spin player of the three, hence his stats oblate are better because of playing lots of Asian game. I think, Ashraful was best of the lot, but he wasted his career.

Played with great maturity, I like the look of the newer players and those coming through the ranks.

Honestly had enough of these Littons, Soumyas and Mosaddeks. Hopefully in the future we will pick the likes of Saif Hassan, Tanzid, Mahmudul Joy and Towhid. Also, we dont have much issues with our top order. Its the lower middle order that looks so weak. With saifuddin returning it will be a boost for us but we need someone at 6/7. I am keen to see someone like AKbar Ali get picked for his range hitting.
