Multan Sultans owner, Ali Tareen, blames Imad Wasim for Pakistan's T20 World Cup 2024 exit

Too many enemies. Ihsanullah is hunting down Ali Tareen now. He is p****d about the statement he made about him not being able to bowl 150kmh ever again.
Hunting down what?
Ali is PSL owner not a PCB employee. If Ihsan starts doing boycotts he will ruin his own career.

All the guy needed to do was shut his mouth play 1 year of domestic cricket and be back in the limelight again. But when he made statements he is only causing harm to his own career now.

You made this thread to validate Tareen’s spiteful comments against Imad in order to isolate him.

But instead, since then, Tareen has made more and more enemies. This is what happens when you choose and side with the path of evil.

Tareen is an owner of a team, not a PCB employee. I think you dont understand tht there is nothing that can harm the owners here.

Ihsanullah is hurt. His career was ruined by others and he is on the scrap heap. But he should be sensible - even if he is done then he has a year or so of franchise cricket he can milk before he gets found out.

No point boycotting. Register, play and make money.

I repeat my question, can a McDonald franchise owner publicly criticize the parent franchisor corporation? The franchisor ultimately holds ownership of the franchise and reserves the right to take back ownership of the franchise if terms, conditions are not being met.

He probably feels Tareen reduced his market value by stating that Ehsanullah will never be the same bowler again and that prompted all franchises to stay clear of him.

show me the rules of PSL to back this up bro.

I dont care what mc donald does. If PSL has such rules that take Ali tareen to court, if they dont, why make hypothetical case?

The only guy who stood up for him is Ali tareen. Lol bhai you faked your age and still played for Pakistan.

I think thats the end of Ihsanullah if he is gonna pick up a fight with PSL now by doing some boycott.

Oh well, its sad when uneducated players take the dumb route.
Common man! 🙂

If you ask any genuine Pakistani cricket fan about the most exciting fast-bowling talent in the last three years, it’s hard to look past Ihsanullah. The guy was phenomenal, playing a key role in getting Multan Sultans to the finals and topping the wicket charts.

Unfortunately, he got injured. The big question is: did Multan Sultans do enough to support him, or was he just left to figure things out on his own and end up in PCB’s hands? Sure, it’s PCB’s job to take care of him, but couldn’t Multan Sultans have stepped up more instead of just making tweets blaming the issue on PCB. Could they have handled the surgery themselves given he was an asset for them ?

To make it worse, their owner, Ali Tareen, reportedly has made some awful comments to discourage and degrade the promising youngster, saying Ihsanullah won’t amount to anything and won’t bowl at the same speeds again. It feels like he’s trying to discourage other teams from picking him, which is just plain selfish.

I really hope Ihsanullah makes a strong comeback and proves everyone wrong—especially Ali Tareen. This guy deserves way better.

Ihsanullah said he had no treatment or check up here in the UK.

The guy imo shouldn’t be talking himself on Tv. He needs to hire a lawyer to speak on his behalf.

Agreed, he really shouldn’t be speaking on TV—he’s only making things worse for himself.

It’s shameful behavior. I get that Ali Tareen didn’t see value in a 130-135 kph pacer and decided not to keep him in MS.

My issue is with the manipulative and selfish intent behind making those public statements.

Ihsanullah has mentioned that his manager told him PSL teams are hesitant to pick him, and Ali’s comments are a big reason why.

bro, PSL teams can hire their own scouts and test bowlers. Thing is no one wants to do that.

Ali is not responsible if other teams dont have scouts.

Look at that that Zeeshan Zamir guy, no comments were made on him yet he is not part of PSL

I agree Ihsanullah was a good talent, but he started to make really dumb commnets afterwards.

It was PCBs job but Multan did infact spend money where they could and where they were liabke.

Ali never said he wont amount to anything, this is just fake posts that posters here say who cant speak or understand urdu. Ali said that he wont be able to reach those speeds again, and Ali had to say that, because there would had been backlash on Ali why he is not picking the guy.

Ali doesnt control other teams. Other teams can hire their scouts and test Dhani. Its not Ali's fault that other teams have bad scouts.

The reason why many teams are reluctant to choose Ihsan and DHani was because of their attitude. Both players thought they became stars, DHani was skipping practiice sessions while Ihsan has given alot of dumb interviews.

I do hope that Dhani and Ihsan make a comeback, and Ihsan can make a comeback even if he goes to 140kph. Thing is, he needs to quitely play domestic now and accept his fate for now.

Look at Hasnain. GUy came back from an illegal bowling action

Ali Tareen dropped Abbas Afridi, saying he didn’t fit into the team’s plans. Fair enough—that’s all he needed to say. Or he could’ve just said they’re waiting for Ihsanullah to prove his fitness.

There was no need to go as far as saying he’ll NEVER regain his pace or fitness. The guy is clearly working hard to get back, and while there are no guarantees, statements like that can completely kill someone’s motivation and opportunities.

If you’ve got the courage, challenge the powerful, not the ones trying to make their way up. Talent in Pakistan isn’t always polished, and that’s not their fault. PCB should be stepping up to help groom and develop them.

Not really, bro.

That’s exactly my point—our teams are lazy, and that’s what makes statements like these so damaging. Sure, other teams can scout talent, but why ruin someone’s future with unnecessary comments? Maybe, just maybe, some team would’ve picked him up and supported him if they believed he could bounce back.

All that needed to be said was that Ihsan doesn’t fit the current combination or that they’re waiting for him to play a full domestic season and prove his fitness.

Zeeshan Zamir and Ihsanullah aren’t in the same buckets. Ihsanullah is the finest prospect we had, who had delivered for PSL and made his Pakistan debut. So obviously he deserved more attention and would have likely got picked.

I understand your point, and what you have is also correct. Still i would say that questions would had been placed on Ali for not selecting him and this pandora box would had opened up either way.

I hope Ihsan makes a comeback, but if the damage on his arm is as true as told, than it looks bad

Ehsanullhah has given an interview where he expressed his disappointment at not being picked in the PSL and that he is boycotting the PSL going forward. He has called the PSL a friends with benefits club and called Ali Tareen Matlabi.
And now he is taking his words back after overcoming his delusions. He clearly doesn’t have the courage to stand by his words.
