National T20 - Players who are on bench/unselected

Obviously as all the main national players were available so naturally some spots went to them. However there are quite a few players who are missing out for one reason or another. We have had an argument that we dont have enough talent to even have 6 full teams but, benches of teams as well as some players not selected in this tournament are showing otherwise.

Obviously they all are not some sort of world beaters but, I personally think atleast some of them are better than to be on the bench or not even be selected in the squads.

I really like the new domestic structure as its obviously much better quality and thats why has much more eyes towards it. However, I think there might be an argument for another team or so as there are quite a few decent 2nd XIs performers who might not be able to get much opportunities as its a very competitive tournament with every team and its management trying to win it. Yes its a long tournament and some might get a match here and there but dont think that can serve much purpose in development of those.

What do you guys think? Are some of the mentioned players good enough to be regularly getting opportunities at domestic level? If yes, then how?

Although most are not international quality players a few could do well like Raza and Kamran in different formats for Pakistan.

Unfortunately even the domestic T20 has to have all the players retired or too old and with no chance of playing international cricket.

They can’t simply save themselves for PSL have to make sure they play the domestic T20 aswell.
