Day 3 already under way, Yuvraj getting 2 fours and Tendulkar 1 in the first over

tendulkar with the most glorious shot on the up of the back foot. Holy cow says the commentator.

Any guess.

I predict, its a draw.
Too early to say but probability is there will be a result, last three balls 4,2,4 by tendulkar, moves to 90

Martin with the wkt, he just left one which came in, out for 22, India 314-5, MSD comes in

Dhoni with a slash first ball, gets an edge buy didn't carry to Ryder at slip.

Thans for the regular updates on-the-up.I am at work cant watch it.

Tendulkar on 99, but did it go for 4?? no it didn't Vittori giving it his all to prevent that boundary

He gets it :D.. Sachin never seems to amaze me, he keeps on going and going and going.. How many class players have you seen go through rough patches for a long time and never recover ? but not Sachin he just keeps on going.... Me predicts he will have atleast 50 100's in test by the time he calls it a day...His ODI record will never be broken EVER!!!!!!!

Especially seeing as he would have 80 Test hundreds if not for tennis elbow :yk

Yes, they are. hit and miss

They are good when Indian top order has failed. But they don't usually do much when team is on top with the bat.

5/331

Sachin with nice boundary guided through the slip and gully region. He is seeing the ball very well today.

what happened. No post for 30 minutes. rain? I remember that song and dance is important for rain. Saw in Lagaan. Was it NZ or Indian team who did it?

Dhoni doing his best to kill all interest in this game, 20 off 73 balls when you lead by 100 runs on the first innings with 5 wickets in hand.

Boring.

This guy is not an aggressive captain at all these days. 20 off 80. 20 balls without scoring.

Psst gadha you are winning the game not drawing it.

They were just waiting for the lunch break. That's the reason for slow scoring probably.

Bub he has faced nearly 15 overs worth of bowling. 88 balls.

When does he start playing for the tea break? 5th over after lunch?

Wow Dhoni scored a run. 23 off 92 balls. He has succeed in his mission to make this game as dull as possible, I aint following it anymore.

Bah

133.4 O'Brien to Dhoni, OUT, Dhoni walks, he tries to hook a short delivery down the leg side and gets a bit of glove on it, McCullum goes up and Dhoni doesn't even look back at Taufel
MS Dhoni c McCullum b O'Brien 47 (144m 123b 7x4 0x6) SR: 38.21

The lead's exactly 150 and here's Harbhajan

India 429 - 6

137.6 O'Brien to Tendulkar, OUT, and O'Brien ends Tendulkar's magical stint with a rip snorter! It kicks up outside the offstump and fizzes past his body and he hops at the crease and tries to work it to the on side, the ball clips the top half of the bat and flies to Taylor at first slip

SR Tendulkar c Taylor b O'Brien 160 (400m 260b 26x4 0x6) SR: 61.53

India 443-7 after 138 overs - lead of 164

Zaheer Khan is here. Just the batsman I was waiting for

Now Tendulkar is out for 160.

Amusing just after the CricIndia commentator said he would have to do something really stupid to get out. :))) Gets beaten by a good ball and edges to first slip. :)))

Great Zaheer is watching wickets fall. Will the others let him perform?
Harbhajan Singh c Vettori b Mills 16 (33m 27b 2x4 1x6) SR: 59.25
India 457-8 after 140.4 overs - lead of 178

And now Harby gone, lead of 178.

All that time wasted by Dhoni has not really achieved anything.

Zaheer toying with O'Brien. Probably sledged him with stuff like "you call yourself a bowler .... Bowl the best one you got ... etc" finally takes a run on 5th ball to face the next bowler as O'Brien failed to deliver

Zaheer showing some leadership here, scoring quickly and taking the lead to over 200.

The TALL & MIGHTY ISHANT gone. Lead of 213.

How bad a batsman is Munaf Patel to be coming in after the TALL & MIGHTY ISHANT?

If Tendu's raising his bat to show he played it on LBW appeals is any indication then you are right there will be a lot to talk about.

Since he split his finger, the ball has obviously hit him there.
His finger touched the ball just once , sort of like yorked his finger.

I think its a cleaner controversial catch than most.

that ball CLEARLY AND WITHOUT A DOUBT hit the ground before tendulkar caught it.

what a shame.

wrongfully convicted, and karma saves the day as tendulkar is forced to leave the field with the batsman.

shouldve been NOT OUT.!... NOT even a question.

Stuff that, it does not need to actually touch the ground for the player to be called a cheat if he is an Aussie.

Cheatulkar. Yet again. Ball cleaning, fourth umpire, covering for Bhaji, waving the bat when given out LBW.....the evidence continues to mount up.

0.3 Khan to McIntosh, OUT, Tendulkar takes it very low at first slip and he's hurt his finger, McIntosh fails to dig out a full delivery and the ball clips of the bat and travels low to Tendulkar at first slip who falls forward and appears to take it an inch off the ground, now he releases the ball after the dive and for a split second we weren't sure if he took it cleanly, McIntosh wasn't sure and he waited but Gould was convinced, replays aren't dead accurate and he MAY have got his fingers underneath the ball, I repeat, MAY
TG McIntosh c Tendulkar b Khan 0 (2m 3b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0.00

LOL ARE YOU JOKING ME?

PLEASE STOP THE PROPOGANDA LMAO

I agree. I am just waiting for Tupac adn the rest of his fan boys to save him even if it means exnorating Punter. Cheatulkar, I like it.

Tendulkar is just a human but then again he is GOD too.:D

he doesn't need saving. He made 160 of the best runs you'll get to see and maybe this is going to be yet another match winning hundred.

As for him cheating, name me one cricket official, player, or ex-player who has anything negative to say about his integrity. Tendulkar's a man of his word, a man of honor. That's all there is to it.

This catch by the way is doubtful...shoulda gone to the 3rd umpire. It's very hard to tell if the ball has hit the ground in this case since your diving forward and trying to cup it, he could have jammed his fingers with the ball, whether it's finger or ball first, only technology can tell.
