Writing or complaining to ICC will not make a difference however writing into Sky Sports would sort of make a difference, I remember once somebody wrote a very long letter to sky sports and they read it out loud in the studio and then had people call in and give their views and all, writing to ICC will be a waste they will just read it and trash it.
