Shameful but fully deserve, this team management needed this epic thrashing to get their act together for Oz tour, and if by some miracle even if we draw the Oz series, i will take this white wash gladly any day of the week.
 
Australia are going to completely destroy this Pakistan team...

If you think this is bad... imagine what it will be like against Starc, Hazlewood, Warner, Smith and Khawaja...

i mean, where to stop mourning...so many brainless things.

mikie arthur responsible for this defeat for not guiding the team strategically and for not ordering the team to stop chasing after tea

sarfraz and sami aslam too. sami was full set and he should have not tried to hit every ball as he is not capable of doing it.

Again people blaming the management. These players aren't children. It isn't the managements fault that the Pakistani players fall like dominos.

Yes Of course, because you go for the chase where you require 4+ RPO from the start by playing at 1.5 RPO for nearly 2 sessions !!!!!

They never went for the chase and this theory (which I know agree with [MENTION=79064]MMHS[/MENTION] of 'Larkay Lengay') does NEVER WORK at all !!!

If they wanted to chase this successfully they should have batted at least 2.5-3.0 Per over from the start which is NORMAL CRICKET TO BE HONEST......If they didn't want to chase it they should've just dead batted everything till the end.

The approach of neither here nor there was the one that killed us in the end !!

tbh this Australian squad is vastly inexperienced.. If Pakistan or any asian team for that matter ever had a chance to do well in Australia, it's now

Looking at our batting line up I don't see where the runs are coming from. Terrible openers, Azhar just stands there and Younis is past his best. After that just some decent ones followed by 5 tail enders. Can't say "heads should roll" as they've done so many times. For now we're only good in the UAE or sub continental conditions. We are ranked higher then what we should be thanks to playing the likes of Zimbabwe and Bangladesh more then anyone else. NZ fully deserved to win the series 2-0, well played boy's!

Yeah I don't get the blaming of management either. They weren't out there batting horrendously at every single innings of this tour. I think a lot of the blame lies of Shafiq and Younis who were completely useless on this tour when they are supposed to the most reliable guys.

What an absolute disaster and if a similar situation occurs in Australia, there needs to be big changes coming.
 
the most sad part is that all of us could sense painful suicidal mission pakistanis were conducting but no one in the team's think tank or players could sense it? unreal

that is toughest part and hard to swallow.first 4 wickets were lost for no reason..to chase moon which was not even there
 
younis is 42 or 43 and he has been lying throughout his career. all of us know this. he even himself disclosed his real age in few interviews unintentionally. he has no reflexes for bouncy pitches
 
My condolences to all the pak fans. It must be gut wrenching. Take a break. It can only get better. India suffered similar defeat on their last NZ tour, followed by a close one in Adelaide. Test defeats stay with you. They are hardest to forget.

Younis needs to go. Wish he could have lasted till he got 10,000 runs, but looks way too difficult.

sarkar it is not the mgmt we are blaming...it is mikie arthur we are blaming

he is the head coach. his job is to sense the situation and formalize strategy along with skipper. that is absolutely his job and he sucked at it and terribly failed.

the moment we lost babar, he shd have shut down the chase option. it was dead clear we cannot score at 6-7 RPO in a test match on a tough pitch. but he sent sarfraz..then strangely sami started to hit every ball.obviously he was ordered by coach and skipper to start hitting

sami shd have stayed till end as he was well set


so yes, arthur needs to be blamed. he induced a situation which creaetd pressure and pakisn can never play in pressure

This was like the Red Wedding of Test Match losses.. everything was going fine until the last few mins... from 229-6 we are 230 all out
 
I would've still backed Amir and Wahab with Rizwan to bat out the last 10 overs... what happened was calamitous.. questions need to be ask of everyone, but especially the senior pros Sarfaraz Shafiq and YK on how they handled themselves
