Adding to this, he is a PCB Trainer Level I and has completed a Child Protection Awareness Program (CPAP) and a First Aid Course focused on Sport & Active Lifestyles (ECBCA).

Over the years, Hanif has gathered a wealth of experience with top cricketing institutions. He served as the Fielding Coach and Coaching Assistant for Islamabad United during PSL 6 and was the Coaching Assistant for Multan Sultans in PSL 4. His career also includes time as a Trainer and Mental Conditioning Coach at UBL (2012–2018), Performance Coach at the UBL Cricket Academy (2018–2020), and Creative Manager at Customs Cricket Academy (2010–2012). Additionally, he took on the role of Life Skills and Sports Active Lifestyle Coach from 2019 to 2020.
