Yes, that Kamran innings against India was brilliant, especially to rescue the team from the situation they were in but lets not go overboard. When the ball stopped swinging and got older, it became fairly easy to bat on a flat pitch. As shown by Shoaib's 45. And lets not forget that match also saw Faisal Iqbal get to a century too...
I would actually rate Umar Akmal's debut century against New Zealand as a far better innings. True Kami's had more context and was more important but in terms of quality, Umars was far ahead. In difficult conditions against one of the best fast bowlers of all time as well as vettori with Pakistan at 80-5, over 350 runs behind. His second innings i felt was even better, but he couldnt wn it for us. Had he completed the century and taken us over the line, that truly would have been a ATG innings.
Kamran did play a good supporting role in the first innings though so I will give him that.
