I was never a fan of Pakistan batting but right now too many hit or miss batsmen are in the team.... even inzi struggles on bouncy pitches but the rest of the blokes are too pathetic.....

and those who complain over Afridi now .. I will ask what do u expect his swing and miss will fetch results even on this kind of pitches with 90+ mph bowling.........
 
Lara will make another 80 ball centuary unless we get him soon and I rekon Afridi will do the job
 
I would like to see Kaneria and Afridi bowling together

Man u make it sound like inzi and yoyo have chased 400+ in past on bouncy or flat pitches......

west indies bowling maybe pathetic but it still has enough bite in it on bouncy tracks
 
Lara proving why is he the number one batsman in the world. In this series and in the previous one they guy hit absolutly marvellous tons under huge pressure.

Who says Tendulkar is even close ?
 
Afridi has to be brought back now otherwise Youins has missed a trick in the book
 
Tendulkar is miles ahead of LARA?

What is this some sort of soothing balm in midst of caning...

U guys constanlty remind urself no matter what we won't say a word of praise for Tendulkar. focus on match at hand man:-)
 
althought it was smashed mumtaz it was around about his head height he should have taken it and it was straight to him
 
Catches win matches. We may well have lost our chance. Lara was on 29 let us see how much it is going to cost us.
 
was hit straigh at him at throat level. Was hit hard but stright in to his throat at gully.
 
As much as I want to see Pakistan win, when Lara is batting like this .. I somehow hope that its the batsmen at the other end who fail and not Lara !

I just can't help but enjoy Lara's batting.. now had this been a Sehwag, Tendulkar, Gilchrist, Hayden or Ponting taking apart our bowlers , it would be infuriating!!! I would hate their guts for it, but Lara ko dekhne ka mazaaa hee kuch aur hai.. you can't help but admire the beauty of his strokes and wish for him to continue to provide the entertainment!

well if you dont perform with the bat the last thing you do is drop lara in such an important point of the game
 
Indian_fan, u surely missed the the innings of Lara in the last series against SA and his first innings century here.

Only a strongly biased "indian fan" wud calim that tendulkar is better.

Don't worry about that tendulkar question even Don bradman acquired indian citizenship if that's what it takes to praise tendulkar..

Man u don't call this drop.. when this kind of caning is one even the easiest of catches get dropped this one was difficult... now u know why people drop sehwag's catches one after another.......it's anything but luck

Exactly we are discussing this match but few people keepusing that tendulkar-lara balm to calm their pain.... in fact i myself have been saying focus on match .......
 
Where is the bowling change now. Try something different. May be Shabbir or Afridi. Infact even Rana.

It hurts though, when a certain someone gets the title ofd the best , when he actually is NOT.

Lead is now 331 I am saying we have lost it already but it will be interesting to see how it actually happens.

its been a good spell from Razzi. Had Lara dropped at gully. A few close shaves for Cahnders and Lara. But he looks tired now.
 
Lara is either tired or is trying to save his wicket. He is not facing that many balls recently.
 
U won't belive it lara's second innings highest was previously measly 44 .. he just crossed that......
 
well alot depended on that chance to kamal but he did not do a kamal. i feel that could have been a turning point in the match

kanerias fielding is pisin me of he makes another misfield for two extra runs to lara
 
the foot is not behind the line and if pakistan dont get that desicion .......
 
brian lara goes another quick wicket will do for pakistan great stumping by akmal quik reaction well done lad!!!!!!!
