i wud jus lyk 2 no what do u guys think tink wud be a gud score 2 defend in da last innigs of this test match??
 
I think Kaneria last warning was marginal - they are really challak these umpires - Shepee Poos must have spoken to the serious one and told him to watch out for Kaneria !
 
Afridi might get the tail now that Kaneria is sucking lollipops in the pavillion.

i think the commentators are right, why is shabbir or razzaq not bowling.
 
Somebody asked fora reasonable score to defend in the fourth innings. We've got to have them chasing 250 at least.

Shabbir has bowled us back into contention. But really the mettleof Pak batsmen would come in for some testing in the pivotal second innings. Every run would be worth its weight in gold.

But first we have to restrict the lead to well below 100.

nice by pakistan....well anything can happen now...pak have to make a gr8 total....and bat with a high run rate....they have to bat the whole day and tommorow till tea or lunch...depends on run and situation....
 
Pak needs to get near 300. Gayle or Lara can do immense damage if they stay in for a couple of hours when their chase comes.
 
Pakistan just has to bat throughout the day and declare by lunch or tea tomorrow

3.6 Best to Hameed, no run, short, just outside off, Hameed plays the most atrocious half hearted pull shot, very very lucky to not get an edge or a top edge there

3.4 Best to Hameed, FOUR!!, good length delivery and Hameed edges it as he does so many times, Hinds at slips drops a sitter, though the ball was coming to him fast

I like the way shoaib is playing ...atleast he is not being a sitting duck ...like yaseer hamid (get me soon or else I will edge it to slips )

I think if we take the bat and give Hamid just the outside edge, it will not make much difference in his batting. The guy plays 9 out of 10 balls with outside edge!

That is because he is a poor judge of the line of the ball .. He is not fit enough to play cricket at this level ..no wonder bob does not waste his time on him ..but yasir did not get the message
 
I mean I have not heard or seen anyone so edgy. If this is true then why is he even in the team. I am sure we have lots of good players in Pakistan.

And now comes the destructive guy. Collymore and Pakistani batsmen do not get along well.
 
A few wickets here and I will say that he is the player of the series for WI. Lara did bat well but he is the one who destroyed our batting.
 
i never noticed this before, but collymore's action looks a lot like walsh
 
From Pakistan's point of view ..they have to make sure that the shine from the ball is gone ..for inzy , yunus and asim to build on
 
he bowls at 77 mph then why are our batters struggling ? swing yes but why dont they bat outside their crease ?
 
Man if you can't play colleymore in Test Matches ..what on earth are u doing at this level ..South Africa played him without breaking a sweat..and they ain't world beaters
 
inshallah malik and younis can play well from here on new ball has been seen off we need a BIG partnership here !
 
Hope we don't see Yasir for a while ...if not for cricketing reasons ..then atleast for the BP of Pakistani Fans
 
That probably is going to be Yasir's last match for quite some time. I hope either Imran Nazir or Imran Farhat get recalled.
 
Yes I think Bob should offer Bazid or Hasan Raza the openers slot and see if they can measure upto it
 
Well the plan should be to safely bat out today with the loss of hopefully either none or one wicket at most. That should take the lead to about 150.

Look to bat another 2 sessions tomorrow with the lead upto 350 plus then give ourselves 4 sessions to bowl out the oposition on a worn and crumbling pitch.
 
Good knock by Malik, time for the other batsmen to press the advantage.

They sent in Asim because tney felt a lefty could cope with Collymore better, and would force Collymore to bowl a different line.

Well it didn't work!
 
btw inzi's test average has reached 50, i believe for the first time in his career.

Back to the dropped catch: it was almost as though Browne did not know the ball was in his gloves. He opened the gloves and dropped the ball. Oh boy.
