well saudi is supposed to have oil wells ? dont they ? Just kidding. I always use linseed oil. you can you order it from UK,AUS or any other country online.

I would suggest to buy a heavy mallet instead of light one. I got light one it takes long time to knock a cricket bat.

oiling isnt mandatory & it wont be end of world for your bat if you dont oil it.

Use RAW linseed oil of any brand. Oil it, knock it in with a mallet, and then put the scuff sheet on it. Enjoy your new bat!!

oiling isnt mandatory & it wont be end of world for your bat if you dont oil it.

But it will increase the life of the cricket bat. Especially the edges if you dont knock em the bat might crack at the edges.

Oil can increase the life but it can also make the wood dead or bat lose its ping if you add too much. Just 1 teaspoon over the face is enough.
