RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Army has rejected allegations of killing two Indian soldiers and mutilating their bodies at Line of Control during Monday, according to ISPR.

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has completely rejected the Indian allegations of violating LoC ceasefire and killing/mutilating bodies of Indian soldiers.

In a statement by ISPR DG Major General Asif Ghafoor, it was stated that Pakistan Army did not commit any ceasefire violation on Line of Control or a BAT action in Buttal sector as alleged by India.

“Indian blame of mutilating Indian soldiers bodies is also false. Pakistan Army is a highly professional force and shall never disrespect a soldier even Indian,” he added.

Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor rejected Indian claims of mutilating the bodies of soldiers from the neighbouring country. He told that Pak Army would never disrespect a soldier, even from India, as it is a highly professional force.

BREAKING: Pak Army rejects allegation of mutilating Indian soldiers bodies

It must be noted the Indian allegation has come at a time when Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is on India visit.

Ahead of his travel to India, Erdogan commented on India-Pakistan Kashmir conflict by saying, “"We should not allow more casualties to occur. By having a multi-lateral dialogue, (in which) we can be involved, we can seek ways to settle the issue once and for all.”

The remarks were called ‘controversial’ by the Indian media.

Pakistan Army is a highly professional force and shall never disrespect a soldier even Indian,” he added.

It's remarkable how both sides like to portray this holier-than-thou image of their armed services inspite of decades and decades of evidence to the contrary.

There's a history of intrusions from Pakistan and mutilations and off course denial.

Strange that this happened when Bajwa visited Kashmir just a day back. Even more strange is that the so called be headings should occur when Erdogan is in India so that Delhi can try to convince him to leave Pak. I guess Bharat was also not happy with the Turks taking part on Pak day. Nice try but it failed.

The brave soldiers are paying with their life due to mistakes/ego of some people living in their air conditioned homes..
of course the Pakistani army would deny it, no army will accept it if they did such a thing..

RIP to the martyrs

There isn't any opposition left in the country to question government.

True, all these were the points Modi and BJP the "sons of soil" questioned Congress/UPA on and somehow these unfortunate attacks and terrible journalism of interviewing the kins of killed is getting these idiots even more popular as the only ones that can save India.

No accountability whatsoever.

That might have been true around an year ago but not anymore.People being fed up with soldiers getting killed every month have seriously started questioning Modi's credibility, some of them hardcore bjp supporters too. There's only so much can one take.

Pakistan assisted escape of Indian soldiers' attackers, alleges Arun Jaitley

NEW DELHI (Dunya News) – India has taken another U-turn over false allegation of mutilating soldiers’ bodies as Indian Defence Minister Arun Jaitley accused that Pakistan assisted escape of the attackers.

Indian authorities have changed the statement over continuous pressure to surface the evidence in the light of its allegation pertaining to killing two Indian soldiers on May 1.

Arun Jaitley said that such an act cannot be carried out without the "protection, participation or the actual indulgence" of the Pakistan Army.

Earlier, Pakistan Army and High Commissioner in New Delhi, Abdul Basit had rejected the accusation of killing two Indian soldiers and mutilating their bodies at Line of Control.

In a statement by ISPR DG Major General Asif Ghafoor, it was stated that Pakistan Army did not commit any ceasefire violation on Line of Control or a BAT action in Buttal sector as alleged by India.

Indian Army slams own media for fake news on killing Pakistani soldiers

NEW DELHI: The Indian Army on Wednesday denied claims by TV channels that it had retaliated in response to alleged mutilation of its soldiers by Pakistan, stating that TV channels go ballistic without confirming reports.

India claimed that Pakistan violated the ceasefire agreement between the two states and mutilated the bodies of its two soldiers on May 1. However, Pakistan vehemently denied the allegations altogether. Indian TV channels started reporting on Tuesday that the army had retaliated by killing seven Pakistani soldiers and destroyed two Pakistani posts.

“There was no retaliation whatsoever by us in the KG sector on Monday night. They (TV channels) go ballistic without asking us anything. We will retaliate and when we do, we will come out with an official statement,” said an Indian Army officer with the northern command.

An Indian intelligence officer operating on ground near the border stated that not a single gunshot had been heard hence it was hardly possible that the army could have retaliated.

“We have no such inputs of the army’s retaliation causing destruction of Pakistani bunkers and killing of soldiers. We are here on the ground. We didn’t even hear even a single gunshot on Monday night,” he said.

Tensions have been on a high between the two nuclear-armed neighbours after India accused Pakistan of violating ceasefire and mutilating two bodies of its soldiers.

“DGMO Pakistan Army asked for actionable evidence and urged that Indian Army should look inwards to probe the incidence and also cautioned his Indian counterpart that we are fully committed to maintain peace and tranquility along the LoC, however, any misadventure shall be appropriately responded at a place and time of own choosing,” Pakistan Army had warned in a statement in response to the mutilation claims.

If Indian government has said it...it's the truthest of the truths.

The families got the bodies of their loved ones back without their heads so someone certainly beheaded them.

Probably the Indian army in a desperate attempt to demonise the Pak army. An army which tortures, rapes and murders innocents in Kashmir cannot be taken on face value(no pun).

RIP How can people continue to deny if families of both soldiers received their loved one's body with no head ? You think Indian military killed their own men and beheaded them ? This denial is pathetic beyond this world.

I thought the LOC was so secured that even a fly couldn't infiltrate. How can both force cross and attack each other ?
