I think it’s now 3 successive t20 tournaments he’s been removed from opener midway.

I don’t mind him playing every bilateral as opener, or even group stages. I think he’s the best batting talent we have. But I think we should have pulled the trigger for the England match and dropped him from opening. Tournament is different. 1 match too late.
