Fans including me have been saying Shady is fraudulent for a while, I hope that was his last game but alas his FIL has plenty of pull and influence in this setup so don't be surprised if you see him at the next tournament
There was plenty of talk about Agha shifting his approach to a more agressive one in the run up to this tournament but he's been exposed against quality sides. Also not a single over of bowling either side of the India game. Though I don't think changing the captain after one tournament will progress anything.
Babar is not a T20 player at all and hasn't been for a good while now, he just looks lost out there. Kick him out.
I think this t20 side has to be built around the 3 you mentioned plus Tariq, Muqeem should also come back. Can give more chances to players like Niazi, Abbas afridi as well, need to give a good run to Nafay too. In this format the AR role of Saim could be changed to bowling instead of batting AR, could come down the order at 6/7 instead
But for now the next assignment is and ODI series against Bangladesh. Hope they don't mix formats and drop Saim since in this format he is still doing well as opener. And fgs I don't want to see any more of Abdullah shafique.
