Pakistan (344 & 37/1) secure a historical win by 9 wickets against England (267 & 112) in the third Test match to win the series 2-1

What was aamer Jamal's role in the game>???

Stat: This is the first time Pakistan's pace bowlers have not bowl a single ball in a Test match.
As a lower order hitter. Also in case pitch doesn't support much he could have been in role. Also If any frontline bowler would have got injured, he could have been in role again.

Was more like a Plan B, nothing wrong in that.

@Mamoon Credit to you for calling this. I never thought it would happen, but I am actually quite happy to be proven wrong in this instance.

I also apologize for making fun of you and the antagonism towards you in general. I don't know where this all started but I am willing to let bygones be bygones, if you are. The truth is that I do respect your opinion, even when I disagree with it. Which is not something I can say for certain others on this forum.
From now on, he’s Sir @Mamoon! I owe him an apology for occasionally doubting his predictions and cricketing knowledge in the past. Take a bow, Mamoon!

What a memorable series victory for Pakistan. A remarkable turnaround after the 1st Tests and what an entertaining series its turned out to be. I am sure it will give the some boost being able to do it without Babar/Shaheen/Naseem and I hope it makes those guys hungrier to make a strong comeback and be better than ever.

Shan finishes it in T20 mode!
Who would have thought things would pan out like this when England were hammering us for 800+. The tables turned in epic fashion and Bazball's aukaat shown on tracks that aren't straightforward.

This series went from being one of the worst series to watch to one of the best series to watch. Well done Pakistan for scripting an amazing comeback. I think we all were starved for something like this so it should be enjoyed. We have two incredible finds in Noman and Sajid.

But at the same time, I think we shouldn't get complacent. We still have alot of issues that will need to be sorted because the next series is in South Africa, not at home.

Shan is fixed his place for another 1 year .

Congratulations Pakistan for a series win after more than 3 years at home.

Both of Pakistan's innings ended with Pakistan applying Bazball back on the English with a giant runs explosion.

Well done Pakistan. RIP Bazball. After losing to USA and Bangladesh this year (and yes I was cheering for USA), this feels real good.

Series win doesn't quite compensate for the horrors of the last 2.5 years in all formats, and there's still lots of concerns to address, but what a relief !

This barren run at home was embarrassing. And it feels good to avenge 2022 when ENG just toyed with us.

Take a bow Noman, Sajid, and the Player of the Series:

Biggest fans of Pakistan cricket. :kp

All credit goes to the unsung hero of Pakistan cricket... None other than shan GOAT masood...
Without his captaincy skills and expert advices to the pitch curator and spin duo this wouldn't be possible.

Maybe at Centurion if the pitch is dry enough. But definitely not at Cape Town. I think South Africa will likely prepare greentops. Most likely PAK will have to choose between one of these guys. And I think it will probably be Noman. But I am getting ahead of myself. The series is in December.

Definitely bring them but you need a return to form from SSA and Naseem to make that a series. No way SA lets themselves get embarassed by two over-30 spinners in SA.

Don't forget the heaters :ROFLMAO:

Dominating performance and showed their ability after losing the toss.

The spin twins were out of this world and what a turnaround after the embarrassing 1st Test.

He is surely superior to Babar, but this series win is purely due to Saj-Nomi collab. Others have nothing to do with it.
If it had been Babar as kuptaan, he would have vetoed the strategy of creating turning wickets for match 2 and 3 so he would not look incompetent against spin and continue to rack easy runs to boost his average, results be damned!

Baz, instead of whinging about playing on same test pitch on Multan and now on a spin track that was created specially for the 3rd test, says he's surprised it's taking Pakistan this long to figure out their strengths. Respect...
