Unfortunately both have been mediocre in tests as well, there is no consistency at all and that is why they are averaging in 30s after playing so much. While for keeper I might take that avg but for batsmen after playing so many matches its just mediocre stuff.

There are many batsmen who can play really good innings once in a blue moon such batsmen never make your team a top team. To become a top team you need consistent players.
