If only BCB and Bangladeshi fans were worth anything, ICC would not have replaced them with Scotland in this WC. They would have found another way out. That itself gives you an idea whether an ICC tournament is viable without Bangladesh or not. As for Pakistan, they'll find out the reality after the WC is over.​

Well, the calls for an alternative to ICC will be lead by the head of PCB. Who is a politician and part of Pak. politics.

If reform of ICC is what has to be done, that will also have to be lead by the PCB.

Now, how does this free things from political interference?

Of course, the buck starts at home. PCB also needs to be free from any government or political interference. The PCB chairman and board of governors should be elected by members of regional cricket boards (counties in England). PM or President (as was the case before) should have no role in their appointments. This would be the ideal scenario.

I myself believe BCCI deserves more than 35 ish % they get considering we bring in almost 80 ish % revenue. But that doesn't mean you go around being a Dbag. If BCCI isn't happy, pull out, make their own league. No one is stopping BCCI. I am sure many will leave ICC and join the new league with us if BCCI ever steps toward that road.

PCB and BCB cannot fight against ICC as they have clearly defeated in ICC voting by 12-2... both PCB and BCB needs to improve the performance of their respective teams instead of bringing regional politix in the game of cricket.

Also other teams like USA, Ireland, Scotland, Nepal, Nambia, Netherlands improved their quality and performance of their teams drastically in recent time.This is danger signs for the teams like Pakistan and Bangladesh, if they didn't improve then we might see both countries playing world cup qualifying rounds only.

Everyone contributes the same amount, so that way you can keep the riffraff out. ICC handles the rules and regulations. The host handles the schedfuling with ICC approval. Thats it.

I think you didn't understand what I wrote. I actually agree with wtv you wrote on my previous post lol. But yes, if everyone contributes the same, none of this rafts happens. But reality is, that doesn't happen.

Anyways forget about all these nonsense, enjoy the world cup. All these can be discussed once the WC is done and dusted with.

PCB is doing good to sow seeds of dissent among different boards right now. Take one murga at a time and in 10 years they will have the whole poultry farm.
