but its mainly because Pakistans society is eaten like parasite. Its become rotten. No department or field is working progressively or productively for the betterment of its people. PCB and its people are mostly the same. I am sure there are many good person, but their hands are usually tied with so many draculas around.
Look at example of Shahid Yousuf. No real past, wasted, played ICL then came back, no real future, but still playing in this tournament which was supposed to help us build our national team.

Not drafting of alot of deserving players is a direct result of above.

Pakistan selectors need to drop Umar Akmal. This guy is not learning at all, why should we waste time on him. Personally he should be dropped for atleast 6 months and should be told to work hard on batting or else. It will be a help for Umar if he is dropped. Umer Amin should be given a chance in ODI.

They dont want to learn. they come from poor backgrounds and want to earn money by playing in the national team and they know scoring quick 40s and 50s plus having good contacts will land them their desire.

Having pride and sense of honest responsibility for playing for Pakistan is not found in these players. They start with their talent, and end with false promises.
