May be, as I said, I am not watching.

However, you can notice it in Butt's dismissal - Butt is a wristy player, tried to flick a middle-leg pitched up ball (A poor ball - on good wicket Virat 'll beat 4 men leg- cordon 9 times out of 10 on good batting wickets) & he lobbed it back to bowler & that too against new ball, which is supposed to skid. This happens when the wicket is sluggish, abrupt & top surface is soft on a loose base. You can't use the pace of the wicket, neither can hit through the line. These type of wicket 'll produce either bottom hand sloggers or low back-lift stone wallers. I am not surprised that Fawad, Farhat, Misbah, KAkmal, Awais ...... are the news makers in PAK domestic style.

Next PAK coach should put a clause that, if he resigns for incompetence of PCB, he should be paid for full terms of his contract. No Coach, no selector can pick a team for English tour based on this state of the art Pakistan Cup. This is beyond pathetic - in 4 overs, Gul has given the amount run he 'll concede in a single over in ODI & if Motta picks him for English tour, we'll curse him first & then 'll curse the next Coach for not finding a John Snow out of Umer Gul in English condition.

Really, really depressed with the playing condition here - literally anyone batting below 4 has very little chance to show their batting skills; therefore selectors 'll pick all the players from top 4 & then expect them to deliver a Mike Hussey, MS Dhoni or Mike Bevan from 7 against International attack & fielding.

I dunno, man. I think some of the pitches in the WT20, like the one in Kolkata for the Pak-Ind game looked more sluggish than this. Akmal showed in his short stint that there are no demons on the surface.
