Don't see the point of playing 4 T20Is only a few months before the Champions Trophy.

Should have been 2 T20Is and 5 ODIs, but in an ideal world, no T20Is and 7 ODIs. Disappointing to see WICB's inability to attract crowd for anything but T20Is.

A match in Guyana is usually a good opportunity to have a nice nap. Slow, low pitches that excessively favour spin leading to very dull contests.

I remember in the 2013 ODIs series Pakistan and West Indies played at excruciatingly slow run rates there. WI were all out for 98 off 41 overs in one match.

The groundstaff are apparently planning to relay the pitch and introduce more pace/bounce but let's see if that actually happens.

The statement, if you read it more carefully as well, is ambiguous. It could mean what you are saying and I see that now but on the other hand you could interpret it as why play too much T20Is when the whole t20 tournament is so soon ahead. <-- Is how I read it as

Pakistan have wasted good chances to win their 1st test series in W.I on last few tours and they can be no excuses if they fail to do so this time round, Our test team need to be prepared and ready for 1st test and need to grind W.I into ground to win the 3 match series.
