Umer zeb is a good bowler as he was the highest wicket taker in pacers of U19 league.

FarhanUllah is a prodigy teen sensation pacer who last year clocked 137k as a 14 year old and there are videos of his interview on youtube.

Another teen prodigy! It's crazy how many teen prodigies Pakistan produces every other year.

Sadly these teen sensation never hit their potential , just see Naseem , Amir , Shaheen ,Ahmed Shehzad , Umar Akmal examples.

how can they drop mohammed Hufaiza its insane i wanted to see him in action and still havent. I saw momin Qamar last match and i swear by just watching one game of Hufaiza in last asia cup that he is better than Momin.

Psl have banned afg players so does pcb.then how come pak and afg u 19 can play a tri series ?.

Just like under-19 Indian players can tie shoe-laces of their Pakistani counterparts, politics isn't playing such a huge role for optics at this level.

Also, volleyball teams shook hands I believe.

Sanghis are all about gimmicks.

Hamza Zahoor is absolutely rubbish the bat how can Pakistan not find a decent wicket keeper batter.

happy for the boys, now lets support them, whatever happens in the U19 WC. Ultimately, bigger than winning or loosing is how well they develop for the senior national team.

Good luck to the boys.... World cup should be the main focus for them now...

If Haroon is overage and faking his age then he needs to be banned. If he isnt and he scored a 100 in QA trophy final, why hasnt he been picked.

To be fair Haroon was a Parchi player in the previous World Cup and was unable to put a bat to anything over 130k and was getting bowled by a 120k straight full toss.

It’s another thing that in just 2 seasons he transformed in to amazing talent.

What's going on? Do you think he has faked age? Looking at his body and face, he still looks to be of the age group

Don't think he faked his age but he was very limited player and definitely didn't deserve to be part of U19 team but since last 2 years he has improved leaps and bounds and easily the best U19 batter we have right now and it's sad to see him not getting selected.

So surely you did your job by helping him become the player they thought they were picking. Even his overage ban him, but he doesn't look it and has a FC 100.

Afghanistan Future Stars will be in action against the Pakistan U19 Team, in the second match of the Tri-Nation Youth ODI Series, tomorrow at the Harare Sports Club in Harare

Pakistan skipper eyes another title ahead of U19 World Cup

Pakistan will look to carry their winning momentum into the ICC Under-19 Men’s Cricket World Cup as they take on Zimbabwe in the tri-series final. The tournament has served as vital preparation ahead of the marquee event, and Pakistan will be eager to cap it off on a high note as they chase back-to-back titles following their recent triumph in the U19 Asia Cup.

“The tri-series has helped us prepare well for the upcoming mega event. Our batting unit has shown positive intent, while the bowlers have delivered at key moments.

“Playing a final against the hosts will be a good challenge for us. The players are ready, and we want to finish the tournament on a positive note and carry momentum into the World Cup,” said Farhan Yousaf.

Pakistan have enjoyed an impressive run in recent months as they build towards the ICC Under-19 Men’s Cricket World Cup, set to begin on January 15. Under the leadership of Farhan Yousaf, the young side lifted the Under-19 Asia Cup last month, producing a dominant performance in the final to defeat arch-rivals India by a commanding 191 runs.

Sameer Minhas has emerged as the standout performer for Pakistan and will be one of the key players to watch at the U19 World Cup. The stylish batter topped the run-scoring charts at the U19 Asia Cup, piling up 471 runs at a remarkable average of 157 and a strike rate of 117.46. He has continued that red-hot form into the tri-series, once again leading the charts with 246 runs from four matches, averaging 61.50 at a strike rate of 114.42. With momentum firmly on their side, Pakistan will be aiming to add to their two Under-19 World Cup titles and claim their first triumph in the tournament since 2006.
