I think some of the reactions are a bit OTT. His batting is leading to negative perceptions of his bowling. 4 overs really isn't enough to gauge a bowler at all. He won't be dropped two matches after taking a five-fer. I hope he never bats anywhere above 7 again, though. Anwar is a better batsman, probably.

Bilal has only recently started his career, so his stats may not be all encompassing due to small sample size. They obviously believe he has talent, and his recent form in T20s made management believe he could open and get Pak off to a good start.
