The main difference between Babar and Rizwan is that when Babar plays 50+ balls, it rarely is a poor innings.

Rizwan, on the other hand has a bad habit of sometimes playing a lot of balls and playing a match losing innings in the process.

We saw that in the Asia Cup, and now again.

Exactly Babar gets to fifty in 40 balls and gets another fifty in 20-25 balls..

From 33 to 50 rizwan took 17 deliveries. There was no reason to slow down. He is just carrying himself not babar. He should have score 50 in 29 balls going @ 170 but got in 39.

Babar relies on Rizwan to score quickly in the first 10 overs and Babar can plod along until he is settled. Then he starts to score. If it comes Off if he scores big otherwise he’s wasted deliveries. Which happened today. So many times he takes 10 overs to settle in and then he gets out. Rizwan makes the most of the first few overs.

I was big supporter of Baber captaincy but now I have to say the guy should be sacked and someone like Shadab should take over. It's about Pakistan not personal friendships. The way Rizwan is batting seems like he is not answerable to anyone.
