Looks like it is a batting paradise. But I am expecting a result.Pakistan need to get close to 500
 
The thing about the new ball is that it can get the batsman's adrenaline flowing. And when you got someone like Afridi, that usually prompts more shots to be played.

he was a good bowler but something is definitely wrong with him. he is bowling very average. you have to agree

its not a batting paradise to be honest has something for all the bowlers......!!need to put the bowls in the right areas like zaheer khan did earlier....even bhajii bowled gud!

It definitely looks like a batting paradise mate. Hardly anything to trouble the batsman. Nice even bounce. Hardlyany swing or turn. Let's see if all this changes tomorrow or later. Except for that lbw against Inzi and one against Afridi .. there was hardly anything for the bowlers. Inzy still plays like a schoolboy against Kumble. Meanwhile a 6 from Afridi .. mighty blow.

I must say I am amazed by Afridis innings today. A matured one. But is he losing it here?Keep batting man
 
singh comes in bowls around the wicket n takes an eazy single gud afrdi let inzi have some fun with the kid now ;-)

rp singh deserves all the punishment he can get...as i was reliably informed by nafa he did something silly in his first game that too against inzi or yousaf!! afridi might have gloved that one keeper takes it but it was a noballlllllllllllllllllll ..phewwwww might have been a chance

New ball provides new impetus for the Pakistan innings. They've done well to flog the tired indian bowlers.

Even if they dont, Pakistan have reached what they would have thought of.With Razaq and Akmal to come a score close to 500 is on the cards.
