if we win this game inshallah, more than half of the PP would be proved wrong since I believe before the start of the WC more than I think 50-60 percent people on PP were, in all seriousness, claiming that we would not even cross to QF. Its not hate, its the way he has constructed and genaralised his innings to get to that 50. We can't afford such cautious nervy starts by someone who has been in this team a while now. He only started rotating the strike when he made up his slow start in boundaries. I would like to see him do the opposite. Next game this player will be facing world class fast bowlers. He can't rely on boundaries if he can't rotate strike from the first 10 overs against these medium paced bowlers...

I agree he needs to improve his rotation of strike, it puts pressure on him, it puts pressure on Pakistan, it put pressure on his partner. I don't agree it was a selfish innings. Chasing 238..Knock out game..nerves were there..no harm in getting your eye in..getting your confidence up..the important part is..he got in and made up for it and is rotating the strike much better as he grows in confidence..
