Both Taufeeq/YK trying to play wrist flicks to balls that werent there to be hit!
 
This is pathetic. Sun is shining. The wicket is flat. The bowling is ordinary. And we are gifting our wickets.
 
Shafiq and Misblock should just play their natural games.

They've got it all wrong. Sending in "raw talent" in England was a big mistake. In this arena, this series they should've taken more younger players. Shame on PCB and shame on pakistan cricket. As mentioned previously, if tanvir ahmed is the hope for pakistan in opening the bowling in a test match for the national side, then god help pakistan.

Here is the problem... they pick domestic machos and throw them directly in the international arena in a fantasy to hit the jack pot. There is no concept and reality check that Pakistani domestic level batsmen are no way near the international standard cricket so these youngsters need extremely good batting coaching by an elite pro of an international level BATTING COACH. We dont have trees in Pakistan where Tendulkars and Sehwags are grown, we need to work our rear ends off to produce just ONE genuinely good and reliable batsmen in todays tape ball cricket set up in Pakistan. These stones need to be chiseled into shinny diamonds.... and who we have hired for the job ???? Mr Waqar Younus !! who has absolutely no plan, no clue, no experience, and no qualification on how to recognize the root cause, isolate the problem, fix it and improve it.

I mean just look at how our recognize batsmen act like a deer caught in the headlights after a few good dot deliveries .... there is absolutely no concept of improvising, taking the singles, rotating the strike... i mean GAWD our running between the wickets is pathetic ... what the HECK does waqar younus know to fix these issues?
 
need 100+ partnership from Misbah & Asad...

for the sake of Pakistan, want Asad to score big runs here...even though I believe Junior should've played instead of him...but c'mon Shafiq!
 
We need a friggin hundred from one of our batsmen here!
 
These two need to get us over the deficit. There is no excuse on this wicket against this 'attack' not to be able to stick around for a long time.

One of the reason why Engalnd are so succesful,

They have a coach for every facet of the game really.

And thats how it should be want to succesful invest in future.

Don't use the $$$ you get on Family pleasures and not on Koom ki barbadi
 
When I watch game on tv, they get out, but when I follow on Cricinfo then they stay at the crease.

Richardson is right. They need to play straight instead of trying to turn it round the corner every time. Shafiq candidate for LBW/

Misbah its getting forward when he can which is good to see.
 
need to play with the straight bat when the ball is reversing....try to give yourself the best chance of hitting the ball with the bat instead of the pads!
 
This team doesn' know how to take singles. Digging their own grave - something has to give soon enough. Either a rank ball or an edge away for four or a wicket.
