Kisi ko tu maaf kar do bhi. It was fantastic inning , runout happened because of his injury.
 
Need this pair to continue until 46th-47th over. Tail is a bit long.

I repeat Pakistani batsmen stop playing unconventional shots when you can easily play normal shots.
 
You really need six bowlers in white ball cricket, especially if someone gets injured.

Sodhi out of the match so NZ attack is depleted now.
 
Salman probably gets in XI purely because of his excellence vs spin which I assume will be a big factor in india.

This is why Haris Sohail was dropped from the team, poor fitness and poor running between the wickets not to mention a lazy attitude overall. Fans have very short term memories.
 
Haris is awful how on earth is he in this team i dont know. He cant run scared of fast bowling backing away. All the momentum Pak had with a mediocre team has gone and that just before a world cup in sub continent. Seriously so uneducated ppl in charge it is unbelievable
 
Oh dear Haris has bottled it there. Gets hit on helmet and then run out. No dive attempted (as he's either lazy or his knees are shot).
 
250 would have been enough if we had Naseem we have no real bowlers in the team right now so this should be a cake walk for Newzeland
 
Salman needs to farm the tail here and take most of strike.

He's bottled it there. Got hit on helmet, desperate to get off strike to Ferguson and gets run out without even attempting a dive.

Not to mention he was backing away so much he was almost in the square leg umpire's lap ! That's spineless cricket.
 
Naseem Shah the batter has more heart than Haris.

Also, Pak deserve to lose for after playing Shan "The Royal" Masood!
 
Dismal pathetic middle order. This team is not capable of acceleration in the death overs as with all the other formats relying on top 3 batsman to score 80% of the runs.
 
Nawaz is a lapparu batsman, can only hit or get out, can't rotate strike to save his life. Has hurt Pakistan badly with 4 consecutive dot balls already
 
Sending nawaz in at 7 is just plain dumb, any one else would do a better job here.
 
Good to see Pakistan saving their wickets for this Test match. Maybe they can bat tomorrow and try to get 300+.
 
Ghattya Tareen unreliable batsman Nawaz. Living off his fluke knock against India. Has done nothing with the bat for Pakistan since then. In fact has lost Pakistan a handful of games with the bat by choking

If we had Naseem, 260ish would be a challenging total.
As it is, we need 280-290 atleast
 
Najam Sethi is absolutely correct in wanting to limit Babars powers. The captain cannot be allowed to habitually select his friends without accountability

Looks like this is a pitch to bat second. Didn't spin much here. 270 will not be enough especially with no Naseem.

Those 2 sixes off Southee swung the momentum Pakistans way. Just cant bowl length at the death even to tailenders unless there is significant reverse .
 
Our odi team is almost set. 3 pacers+ shadab nawaz is a great great attack.

Top order is fine too. Salman probably making his case due his spin prowess. I hope haris makes it too.

In any case, It's at most 1-2 places we need to sort now.
 
Tactical change by NZ to keep Sodhi out of field and get Nicholas in. He got 2 run outs.
