Pakistan is badly missing a fast bowling all rounder. Maybe Hamad Azam can be tried out at #6...

I still can't understand the omission of Cheema. He could easily have picked up a couple of more wickets here.

Pakistan should have "rested" Shafiq and instead gone in with Malik. And Cheema should have played.

Malik gives you more experience and he could have bowled 10-15 overs so the quickies could stay fresh!

But so far so good!

I think Rehman was selected on the basis of his performance on this ground against SA last year... I thought Cheema was our best bowler in this series (his figures did not always show it, but for those watching the matches, I'm sure they would agree). Very surprised to see him dropped... maybe they wanted two spinners because of our inability to dislodge the SL team even on day 5 of the first test. Ridiculous reasoning, if that is in fact the reason
