SL specialist will open the inning with Sami so I think Haris will play ahead of Usman because of his bowling.

Asghar has a very good chance to play as Zulfiqar's replacement.

Seems like Haris is quite certain to debut but a debut for Usman looks unlikely which is sad.

One of Bilal or Asghar will probably debut too.
