At one time Babar was batting a S/R of under 80, I think, now look how had made up for it, and is batting above 100 S/R now, while on the other hand, Azhar's S/R is slipping down yet again, this shows how poor his strike rotation is, not cut for modern cricket, but what do you expect from Inzamam, who doesn't understand cricket statistics at all.

What are you talking about? Hes actually been very comfortable today. That six was effortless, no risk as it was a quicker ball and he just lifted it over the midwicket boundary. Babar done the same earlier in the over but by charging down the wicket. Stop your bias.

I was bashing him because he started off slowly, unnecessarily, but made up for it in the end, I didn't criticise him then. Now what this? He has only scored today, but overall his S/R is poor for modern cricket, should be axed from the ODI team. I give my views accordingly.

Good innings by Azhar so far. I have been unsure about him, been leaning towards the side of wanting him out of the ODI side. But we should all remove our previous biases and appreciate his approach in this innings. He has looked solid, and is batting with intent.

Yeah i'm thinking long term and azhar is one consistent opener for next 8 years. He is not an immense talent like babar or inzi but he works hard. He is a leg spinner turned batsmen ffs. Proved himself in tests and is proving in odis. Give this lad some time.

Guptill - 330 runs v England
Tamim Iqbal - 312 runs v Pakistan

Babar Azam just went into third place there, 317 runs now.

He needs to score a hundred to beat de Kock.
