They aren't really batsmen, you need your specialists to get to 250, after that maybe the all rounders could be expected to push it towards 300 if they have a solid base to work from...which they never do against India.

I'm all for being patient with the younger lot but these guys have played SO MUCH T20 cricket that you'd expect them to deal better with yorkers. Nawaz was even blocking the ones that Bumrah missed!

I just feel like you néed to think on the fly and improvise. They stuck with the conventional approach for some odd reason and cost us crucial runs at the end
