What's new

Pakistan vs Sri Lanka | 1st ODI | Dubai | Oct 13, 2017 | Sri Lanka innings

Hasan ali .. 144kph

This is what happens to players in layoffs, who actually work on their cricket, you see growth. Hasan and Raees both look like they've grown and improved, their speeds have increase. Which is why its all the more weird to see Amir deteriorate as a bowler and show no interest.

Shadab and Imad haven't even bowled yet.

So many options.

Hassan Ali gets his first! Great celebration lol

Wow at Hafeez chucking, back to his old action I assume?

Why is he risking it? The new action was working for him well.

The way Pakistan bowling is giving hell, 200 looks a tough total for Lankans
Was wiaitng to see Mendis bat
he is out

SRi lanka 67-4

Mickey should be our coach for the next 10 yeaes, at the very least. I don't know what he's done but he's done something. Bowlers like Hasan Ali and Rumman Raees who used to bowl in the 120's are in the 140's CONSISTENTLY. Even Junaid who'd lost pace has regained it. Our players are fitter than they have EVER been in the last 3 decades, batsmen are looking to play positive cricket AND we're winning trophies.

Mickey is easily the best coach in World Cricket today.

That 10 week fitness camp has done wonders, Rumman is looking super-fit and the fielding has drastically improved.

Sarfaraz doing great captaincy but he needs to sort out his batting order and remove players like Shehzad, Malik and Azam. Inzi obviously has presented his nephew to them.

I smell something hasan ali was very angry on kusal and bending his back against kusal maybe something was said by kusal in test series

Hold on bro before someone has to put up his test exploits to slow down your hype machine

This is the same Hasan Ali that was part of the team that lost the Test series.

Criminal negligence in selections by putting Passengers Wahab Riaz, unfit Amir above these lads. Similar action needed in batting order once Shehzad and Azams are chucked out this Pakistan team will be unstoppable.

You can't help but love Hasan Ali. His enthusiasm is infectious and you can tell he is genuinely passionate about playing for his country.

His celebration after his first wicket was AMAZING.

Sarfraz looks leaner than he did in CT, he has lost some facial fat. Thats good improvement man

For bowling, even WY can do that, if he is allowed to pick pacers at their biological early 20s - this part is always covered, only needs Imran's scouting mantra.

Kangiso Rabada vs Hasan Ali can be a great rivalry in the future :D

Kagiso is too hard to compete with in Tests. His only competition there is probably Hazlewood. Easily the best Test pacer today and but a long mile.

Yes I meant in ODIs, also the pitch Kangiso plays in vs the pitches Hassaan Ali has played in, bowling in UAE is detrimental to anyones career

Give him time. It'll take some time.

Precisely. So many posters don't appreciate how good a coach Mickey is.

Yes he makes mistakes but people need to put their criticisms into context rather than go overboard.

Test team will also come good.

He wasn't all that impressive vs England. I have a feeling Hasan Ali will outperform him when Pakistan play England next summer.

Hassan, Rumman, Amir and Junaid....this isnt the first time Pakistan have not been blessed with so many class fast bowling options but this has to be one of the best packages availble

Most posters support team management [Mickey Arthur and Sarfaraz], the poster u r tlaking about support Inzamam and his shady picks like Shehzad, Wahab Riaz, Imam Haq, B. Azam, Shan Masood, etc...

I dont understand why Sri Lanka allowed Pakistan to bat first!

Maybe. I hope Hasan does. But in the longer run, Rabada is just too hard to compete with. How old was he when he toured England? 19?

Sarfu is given the task to establish couple of Grandpas for 2019!!!!

Inzi has been one of the best selectors Pakistan has ever had.

Lol at Azam being a shady pick.

Mickey likes Shehzad and Wahab. I disagree with him on this but he does rate them so can't just blame Inzi for these "shady" picks.

Imam is a good option for tests.

You lose facial fat the last out of any fats, and I'm a doctor

I am telling you from personal experience and after reading a lot about fitness and nutrition. But considering you're a doctor, you probably know more. Mamoon, can you give a second opinion here? Because I am amadant about having read, heard and experienced facial fat being the first to go once you start working out.

And I'm not talking about an ones person, just to make it clear. For someone like Sarfraz, who isn't exactly fat but has a high body fat percentage and therefore being 'skinny-fat'.

I am talking about the series that happened earlier this year.

Waiting for Shadab to bowl, nothing much left inthe match unless Perera plays an extraordinary innings.Sri LAnka performance is a disappointment, Kusal Mendis d'wella are lot better than he scorecard rite now

Disagree completely.

If Imam is good for tests than why is he imposed in ODIs?

Inzamam has been shady no doubt, I'm sure and I can bet my money on it if Sahibzada Farhan is given chance . You wont see Shahzad again.

Mickey has no favorites apart from asad shafiq all these picks are selected by Inzamam and team management forced to swallow these slow players.

Why shadab and imad picked if hafeez and malik are to bowl?

Sarcasm Alert.

otherwise a praise for a Pak player that too of such extent can't be coming from Mamoon

Nor sarcasm. Starc is obviously the best of this era but he hasn't done much for a while. Hence, right now, Hasan the number one ODI pacer around.

There is no right or wrong answer, and there is no official consensus in the world of medicine over this topic, because the experience varies from subject to subject drastically. Generally speaking, facial fat is considered to be the hardest to burn and belly fat the easiest, so I agree with waleed88 to a good extent.
