Pakistan's problem has always been the rotation of strike. No batsman apart from Malik in our current team believes in singles during the Powerplay period. They have this mindset that the first 10 and the last 10 overs are only for boundaries thus they would block all deliveries they can't hit for fours and sixes.

The easiest way to contain the Pakistani batsmen is to keep fielders up. I'm always surprised why teams push their fielders back after the end of 10 overs against Pakistan allowing easy singles. Keep them up and see Pakistan disintegrate.

You are sounding like a generic Misbah fan from 2013.

As I said, Babar was rightfully criticized for his SR in quite a few of his last few innings. 3rd, 4th and 5th ODIs vs Australia, the CT except the final as well as the previous ODI.

His SR in all of those matches was not good enough and it had nothing to do with his batting partners. He needs to improve on that front.
