Wonder if Haris thinks that Yasir can bat or if he's going to start hogging the strike from now
he will be a fool to rely on these players who only come to gift their wickets to a 40 years old bowler.

Can't understand this approach by our tailenders of blocking. If the top order can't survive like that, what makes them think they can?

:Can't help but laugh at all those who criticized Misbah. What a champion he was. You shot fires at his boring captaincy, you incessantly abused him for his approach to batting and you relentlessly tried to take every single bit of credit away from him and yet he was the one who won you games.
I think it's become very easy to concur that Misbah's captaincy was one of the best the world has ever seen. To make the best possible use of below average bowlers like Imran Khan, Rahay Ali, Rehman, Sohail and even the likes of Bhatti, Gul, Cheema and Junaid was remarkable and the way he did it is spectacular. Other captains can't even make good use of established players like Amir, Yas, Hasan.
And not just the captaincy, his batting is SEVERLY underrated. For a good period the man averaged 50 and his contributions of 50 and stabilizing each and every innings after the score looked something like 12-3 was unmatchable. I'm going to go as fast as saying that Misbah the batsman has win Pakistan more games than any other batsman in the last 20 years if you look at percentages.
Can't believe we targeted the poor guy for every defeat but forgot that every single victory was because of him. And now his void is being felt.

)Citation needed for that bold claim.

So losing 3-0 in Australia and first ever captain to lose against NZ in 31 years was all just our imagination
And Misbah almost always played two spinners in UAE which was a major cause for our victories, here Mickey sahab is thinking three pacers is the way to go.
And "I think it's become very easy to concur that Misbah's captaincy was one of the best the world has ever seen"... that statement was hilarious. Please remind me what did he win)
IF you are going by just this test series then you can only extrapolate and say Misbah was the worst LOI captain ever because he hardly won anything in LOI but Sarfaraz won a world tournament with nearly the same side.
LOL at Misbah fans over-joyous at Pakistan's misery because it's not their guy who is at the rough end of the stick. With fans like these who needs foes.

Sarfraz is getting bashed just like you always bashed Misbah? Guess the taste of your own medicine isn't very good?
)Pak clearly missing Misbah & Younis here.. They shuld have trained few youngsters in their prime to become like them now..
I must say Pak doesn't have specialist openers or specialist spinners in these conditions..
more like title of Shaheed, judging by what he will get from some posters here.

The team lost 2 matches to West Indies recently under Misbahs captaincy.

Poor Yasir... he has to bowl the bulk of the overs, has to pick all of the wickets and now has to save the team with the bat as well.
It's Shah vs Sri Lanka out there

What a performance by Lankan bowlers!!
just need a 150 run partnership from these two insha-lah

It is sarcastic![]()
Voice of reason.
A good captain not only builds a good team but builds a sustainable one. This seems far from one.
The Shah to score a gritty century
A captain we like
- Do we become useless after his retirement? Look at how great he was! The team struggling so much without him proves how much this legend is missed!
Pakistan lost series because:
1. Azhar was made to bat at three against all logic
2. Mickey and Sarfaraz continued to play three pacers on dead spinning pitches
3. Shan Masood was our opener
4. Asad Shafiq and Babar Azam continue to be golden boys with zero sense of responsibility
5. Sarfaraz hasn't had a valuable knock in two years
6. Amir was played when he was obviously unfit
7. Mickey Arthur is our coach

No big score from Sami Aslam as well.
