can't see how we are going to win this...as usual we get through the top order and allow lower order to pile on the runs....just pathetic

like pitch speed guns are also lazy, some of deliveries are really sharp, talha is bowling with intensity.
 
When was the last time we made 500. Bcz that seems to be the only way to win. beat them by an innings.!!
 
This is annoying ... Day 2 session 2 only 300 on the board 6 down when are they going to kick on it's only 5 day's not 10 day's!!!!!!!!.
 
You can tell Pakistan are losing. The commies are starting to moan about everything in cricket.
 
Feel sorry for Pakistani cricketers. They are so hapless. I think Pakistan is better off playing test cricket in the lower league where they can compete with WI, Bangladesh, New Zealand etc. They simply don't have the quality to compete with higher ranked teams.
 
Is it me or is the pitch strangely actually looking better than yesterday? Based on yesterday's performance i expected it to break down soon and turn into a minefield come days 4 and 5. It actually looks better for batting.
 
This match is giving us all a chance to feel how timeless tests must've felt in those days :facepalm:

No I'm serious. A team that is 20/3 every time cannot compete. You can't expect bowlers to bundle out sides under 250 so regularly.
 
We lost the series due one terrible session. The bowling has been very dissapointing as well. It doesn't appear they have the quality to look potent on patta wickets

Nice captaincy by keeping own bowling Rehmn and Ajmal continuously even after they are being handled easily by the SL tailenders.
 
Pakistan should aim to prevent a 2-0 score so that they are not overtaken in the official rankings . That will be a big achievement by such a hopeless batting lineup
 
In these conditions with two evenly matched sides who are equally as good in these conditions it only takes one slip up to lose a series.

Pakistan are struggling to take 10 wickets in this game amd we need to take 20 to win this match :facepalm:

The lack of killer instinct when we have had SL on the ropes in this series has been clearly apparent.
 
I think we can safely assume that Ajmal, Rehman, Juni and Talha have tried everything in their power. This is a draw IMO
 
Pathetic umpiring some-one need's to chuck a bucket of cold water over them maybe it will wake them up.

exactly its Misbah's fault it's phatta, he should kick both Ajmal and Rehman straightaway from the team and ask Waqar to come out of his ritirement and bowl.

SL came out with the mentality to draw from the on set.
 
Seeing this kind of Umpiring I somehow remember the WI vs Pak game way back in early 2000s. How Doctrove and Jimmy Adams trolled us that day.

Anyone remember that game ?
 
Tests in UAE is simply not on. I wonder how the players can keep their mojo in such conditions
 
We have a coach that doesn't want to be there. We have players who don't like the coach and we have a captain who has run out of ideas. Not a good combination for success.
 
We all say how top international teams should have a tail that wag to put on atleast 50-60 runs. If they do that here, match over I am afraid
 
I think the SL players have taken a leaf out of Misbah's approach. Parrera is striking at 28 while mathews was on 34. Their run rate in the last 10 overs has been 1.20 :facepalm:

No chance for Test Championship, not with these kind of batting approach
 
Need to knock over rest of tail before SL get close to 400 here.

Then when we bat we are going to have score pretty quickly and score big in our 1st inns.

Pak has this severe issue of picking wickets in clusters. Its hurting them in this series.
 
What if Pakistan Batsman,s play out of there Skin
and go on to score 450-480 Runs till 4th Day Tea

NOw only one team can lose from here that too if they self destruct SL 's ploy was right to play 8 batsman and they got lucky with winning the toss
