Abdul Razzaq needs to bowl a few mainden overs: Otherwise Windies will take it away from Pakistan...Bravo hits him for 4...

Ramdin looks in aggressive mood as well...Need to bring in Shahid Nazir...
 
Danesh Ramdin ha scored centuries in First Class Cricket and has 71 as Test Match Highest: Next man in Dave Mohammad has scored few fifties in 1st Class Cricket with 52 as highest Test Score...As such there is still some support out there for Lara...As such get Lara out or york or google Ramdin and Mohammad...

Malik into the attack and Lara edges a big drive past Khan at slip for 4 runs immediately.
 
Inzi thinking of getting Lara out with off breaks of Shoaib Malik...Not a too bad thought after series of maiden overs...
 
Can Lara pull out a big score to save the Windies from an ignominious first innings total? He looks like he's starting to settle now. I reckon Ramdin will be out sooner or later, he's looked dodgy at the crease.

Yes: Left Hand Batsmen are usually not comfortable with Off Spin Bowlers and it was good move of Inzi to try Shoaib Malik...

Windies still have two batsmen in Ramdin and Mohammad, who can give support to Lara and the score of Windies can go past 200 mark, which will not be good for Pakistan, since then they will have to amass over 450 runs to win the game...

Shahid Nazir need to be called back soon to get rid of Ramdin and then Mohammad...

Kaneria persists around the wicket even to the right handed Ramdin and he falls for the bait and top edges a sweep to the man at square leg.

122/6 and that's the lunch break.

Kaneia did the right thing...

Ramdin was trying to play aggressive Cricket and this was a good trap laid for him by Kaneria and Co....

In the end thanks to good catch by Hafeez, the mission of trapping was accomplished amazingly on the last ball before lunch: MashaAllah...

Are you sure about that? How many sweep shots do you recall from Ramdin while Kaneria was bowling over the wicket?
 
It has been difficult for the two top batsmen Gyle and Bravo to go past 30s into 40s and beyond...Will this happen to Lara as well after Lunch...Wait and learn...

well anything that ends well may seem brilliant but on the other hand..
a batsman just came in to bat...
you let him play freely by ruling out the lbw..is not adviseable..especially during the first session. this sort of tricks are tried when everything else has failed.

but anyways..at the end of the day we got the wkt. thats all that matters.
 
Disappointing display by the windies. Sarwan, Bravo, and ramdin all gifted their wickets. What was ramdin thinking to play a shot he got dropped from the team for? He has gotton out to the sweep shot abut a million times.

yes pretty disappointed with the stroke play of the windies. Lara is the only one thats interested in playing

This is typical Windies of late though - lose a few wickets and collapse in a heap. Gayle cowlashes a few at the start then gets out, and then the entire middle order, bar Lara, collapses.
 
WI batsmen lack temperment and are not suited for this form of the game. Seen it time and time again. There were not a lot of demons in the pitch but, not to worry, the west indian batsmen went and created some.
