Focus should be on upgrading stadiums and making them ready for PSL matches and, insha Allah, eventually international matches.

Focus should also be on domestic cricket.Especially pitches, marketing and a standard system.

Quotes from Sethi regarding this:

"Pakistan A team's overseas tours had stopped. The A team is like a backup for the national team. The players in the A team are usually preparing for selection. But for 2 years, the tours had stopped. Why? When we go overseas, the costs are high. You will be happy to know that we have revived all that. PSL has brought money and the money is going into cricket development. This year we have started to arrange new tours for the A team."

Pakistan A tours are very important. They create an opportunity to showcase the ability of players that are eyed up to represent Pakistan National Team. I would also like to see a good coaching staff with them rather than giving it to some laloo.

Thanks. When did he say this though?

I only ask because he said something similar a while ago and nothing has happened as of yet.

This back-slapping is a bit cringeworthy isn't it.

It's like congratulating yourself every few days for doing the job you are supposed to be doing.
