I don't think it is safe to host a big tournament like this so many international teams in India in the current situation. Should be moved out of India. Aus also cancelled it last year due to same reason. BCCI and some fans should keep their ego aside and think about the bigger picture. In my opinion either UAE ir South Africa should host it. Also how is the situation in Sri Lanka?

Babar is not even close to being in the top5 in T20is. I know it hurts but it is what it is.
Don't take all the Magala and Lizard bashing too seriously. You'll end up disappointed if you think it'd be the same against the likes of Bumrah/Bhuvi or Starc/Cummins or Archer/Wood or Boult/Ferguson....

It'll be another self goal (like the IPL boycott in 2009) if the PCB forgets their standing in the cricketing world and decides to boycott the T20 WC. Although I don't think they are that stupid or delusional...

What are you talking about? Babar Azam is at number 3 in T20I rankings currently. It is the same rankings where Kohli is at 5 and Rahul is at 6.

Babar is at number 4 in all time Men's T20 rankings. Kohli is at 3 there and Rahul is at 8.

I'd have said the same if Sanju Samson, Deepak Chahar and Krunal Pandya were no.1 in their respective departments according to these "rankings".

Only a delusional individual would believe that shamsi and Ashton Agar are top 3 T20 bowlers in the world and that Richie Berrington and Sean Williams are top 5 T20i all-rounders in the world and I'm not surprised you do.....

The tournament being in October, hopefully the Covid situation improves. Even then, I would prefer the tournament be held in India like how IPL is being conducted: Limited Venues, No crowds, Bio-bubble, Vaccinating players and staff, Frequent testing etc.

But if the Covid situation doesn't improve, I would want the tournament to be postponed or is held elsewhere where it is safe.
