I heard that Shakib might be going to UAE but he was replaced my Dillers.

I don't understand this, apparently the limit is 5 foreign players at a time, and couple of supplementary. Woeful rule by the PCB and not being enforced, well because you need to have 7 foreigners atleast. BPL allowed 10 foreign players at most although most teams had 8-9.
