Key for Pakistan is to play an attack of Imad, Abrar, Shaheen, Aamir and one of Naseem/Rauf.

And just get Babar and Rizwan to bat normally.

You are not going to consistently get 140 strike rate batting . Just make sure you have a score your attack has a chance of defending.

There's no guarantee that you'll get anywhere but with resources at your disposal , there's no other choice.

I meant in the context of the video, Australia vs Pakistan final won't happen.

2022 tournament was a shortened one, sa got done dirty by rain 2x and logically it shouldn't have been hard to come top 2 in a group stage of Ind, Pak, SA, Nedtherlands, Zimbabwe and Bangladesh. But it was.

2017 was filled with psl superstars and at the time psl was played in UAE and not on halwa poori pitches, so amazing practise was given during those days to players. And everyone batted in their positions and was in form.

Even then both tournaments required luck, Sri lanka game and sa game in 2017 was lucky due to rain Drs and Sri lanka botching it, they missed like 7 easy run outs and dropped 2 dollies.

Very very unlikely that quadrat ki nizam will happen again. And if it does and the final is indeed against Australia then Pakistan won't win. This ain't England that fumbles a bit during finals amd requires luck( nz drop catches + Shaheen getting injured) or India that isn't mentally equipped. Australia is too mentally strong, 2019 England is lucky they met Australia in semi and not final, if it was final, Australia ain't dropping stokes 2x or getting deflected or heck fumbling super overs.

You can't suddenly ask batsmen who are accustomed to playing a certain way to start hitting out. It will be counterproductive. Either that or PAK need to be bold and drop Rizwan for Usman in the XI. I don't see that happening.

You can suddenly ask them to do so because they have played 97 and 118 T20s, that’s a lot of experience. That much experience yet your approach isn’t good enough. Kohli realised it and took his game to another level. There is no excuses to not consistently be good enough whilst your team supposedly depends on you.

You drew the line with Fakhar and Ahmad Shahzad as openers, why can’t you draw the line with Babar and Rizwan? Babar is still trying actually at number 3 tbf but what is Rizwan doing to improve anywhere?

Fakhar ain't opening period, not as long as Bobby is around and then rizzu takes over.

2028 tak nothing changes. Bobby will get sacked after 2025 ct and then rizzu after 2028-2032.

By then these 2 losers will retire anyway

Nathan lyon is a good spinner that's it. He's not a pat Cummings who legit predicted Australia would win test wtc and world cup 2023 like 1.5 years prior to the actual event.

He's a good test spinner who enjoys when Australia plays against Pakistan but that's about it

I've been watching West Indies play recently. Pakistan ain't beating wi or Afghanistan either

As an Indian, our cricket has always been adverse to change, long term consistency of players always preferred over impact players. T20 has changed, but looking at the Indian and Pakistani teams, you folks are just like us. We now both boast of stronger bowling than our batting, but there is no evidence of batting winning games when we have a bad bowling day. In the past, both countries could boast of a world champion combined team with Indian batters and Pakistani bowlers. Now no matter what combinations you put in the combined team will be bowling heavy.
I just can't see either teams going until the finals.

India is far far ahead of Pak cricket team. India is one of the teams that can win it. There is lots of quality in the Indian team. The Pak team, and it hurts to say this, has become a bunch of tourists. It looks like a club team which is sponsored to play abroad. Besides it lacks quality.
