Players should be rewarded for excellent performances throughout the year. This will further increase their confidence and inspire them further. The Board makes money because of the players, it is fair that the players should get some of the earnings.

Reward them with bonuses, better contracts etc, but I don't see the need for these ceremonies which frankly make me cringe.

I think from all that could attend, did. Fakhar, Shadab, Hasnain, Rauf and Hassan Ali are missing with Hafeez retired.

Could have been a touch of class inviting him but RR is looking to the future. Could have well been a meeting setting standard and rules of engagement for the coming tasks. Standards required by International players and how they need conduct themselves.
