I can see these working as short skits or Advertising for world cups and red bull.
I highly doubt an actual anime movie or 12 episode tv series would be successful in India. India isn't the nation for anime since the poverty strucken part of the population doesn't even know what it ism

When I was in school we had an anime channel- Animax.
We do care but its mostly in the cities, and because we have a huge population even the cities matter.
Most popular animes in Chennai back then:

Air Bender

Ramayan Legend of Prince Rama (obviusly)
Shin Chan(most popular as was dubbed in Hindi).
Inu Yasha, Naruto etc were popular too
As an adult I don’t watch it as much but once in a year I do.

Death note is top class. It is amongst the best TV shows not just animes. The dual between Light and L was amazing.

Doraemon,Shin Chan and Pokemon were my favourite cartoons growing up.

On ChatGPT, you just have to upload the image and give a prompt to transform the image to Ghibli style studio. They have set a limit to it, so you can transform like a limited number of photos per day. Depending on your internet connection, I think it takes like a minute or so.
