[PICTURES] Pakistan kit designs

I was just browsing through the old projects and came across these. I haven't posted these anywhere, so thought would make for a good share.

These Pakistan team jersey designs were part of a pitch to PCB for T20 WC 2012 and Asia cup 2012. I was commissioned by BoomBoom (PCB's kit sponsors 2010-12) to work on these designs. The whole pitch included complete playing/training kits, some simulations etc. Unfortunate for us, PCB didn't renew contract with BoomBoom.

Again, all thanks to Saj and PP team way back in 2011, to enable me to work with BoomBoom through a kit design competition for WC 2011 kit. Luckily, my design was chosen which led me to work on some memorable projects for BoomBoom.

So, what do you guys think about the designs? any particular favorites?

p.s. Request for mods to add a poll, so people can vote for their favorite jersey design.

Not really sure about you guys but I really like the current ODI and T20 shirts.

Nevertheless, these designs are even better.

It looks suspiciously close to one we wore against India in India in the ‘Anay do’ series.

Now that I've seen the Anay do series jersey again, i tend to agree slightly due to the crescent like shape going on one side of the jersey. But nothing too substantial if you ask me.

PCB might've taken this design as inspiration, as these were done in first month of 2012, if i recall correctly.

Atleast we could know this is a Pakistani jersey rather than the huge BYJU banner worn by Indians in which the name "India" is an afterthought. Absolute disgrace. BTW for me dark green should be Pak color. All my memories of them pummeling us Indians have this jersey.

Yup looks much better. White and black shades could be used as home and away kits.
