During the Delhi Premier League encounter between South Delhi Superstarz and North Delhi Strikers, Arya hit six sixes against left-arm spinner Manan Bhardwaj and entered the record books. A dashing and explosive top-order batsman, Arya scored 120 off 50 deliveries as the South Delhi Superstarz scored 308/5 in 20 overs. He was involved in a massive 286-run stand with Ayush Badoni who scored 165 off 55 in the same match. It was a monumental effort by the two young stars from Delhi. Priyansh Arya was also the leading run-scorer of the inaugural season of Delhi Premier League where he amassed more than 600 runs. For the talent he possesses and his ability to hit huge sixes, Punjab Kings brought him for a massive amount of 3.80CR INR. IPL will be the best platform to showcase his talent to the world. Still he is new so no where near likes of jaiswal . jaiswal comes through proper system and play lots of FC and list A game.

He needs to play minimum 2 season of FC cricket to improve his technical game. The way he hit the ball is Incredible but first need to play first class cricket to even think about Indian team selection .

Real batting talent are made in tests. Rarely you see someone develop from t20 leagues into a beastly test player like Warner etc
