While the high-profile signings in Platinum and Diamond form the core, players from lower categories provide much-needed balance, effectively plug gaps, and add depth to squads, which becomes critically important in the latter stages of the league. Most of these players could become mainstays, outperform players in higher categories as we saw with Haris Rauf (Emerging), Mohammad Hasnain (Emerging), Ahsan Ali (Silver) etc.
I created this spreadsheet on Excel to identify all possible high-value bargain picks for sides during the draft in the Gold, Silver and Emerging categories. Red indicators are my personal assessment of which teams are/could be interested in signings these players due to multiple reasons, e.g. club/domestic associations, international leagues, player development programs etc.
Please feel free to drop names of players you think might be solid additions in these categories and why. Also if you'd like to discuss any specific names on there.
