Oxy when you selected your team, you will have been displayed your starting XI and the 4 subs. If one of your starting XI does not play then it automatically includes one of your subs. I guess your first choice strikers must have played and thats why it didnt include Ashton.

I think what Saqlain_doosra is trying to say is that normally only 1 transfer is permissible per match week. You can make more then one transfer BUT if i was to make 2 transfer's in one match week then i would be deducted 4 points (as i am going over my free transfer limit).

If you are to use a wild card transfer, then you can use it only once throughout the season, so if i was to use it tonight then i wouldn’t be able to use it for the rest of the season. With wild card, i can bring in more then 1 player without incurring a points fine. So i can transfer 3 players if i want and i won’t have 8 points deducted (but if i was to do that the following week then i would have my points deducted because i have already used my card).
