Made a stellar contribution to Indian campaign with 30 plus runs.

First women's cricketer to score most runs (444) in first six innings
fastest cricketer (in terms of number of innings taken) to reach 500 runs in ODIs (8 innings)
Joint-fastest cricketer to score 1,000 runs in ODIs, in the terms of innings (23)

So far she has been stellar. His father is certified level 2 umpire with DDCA(Delhi). Clearly she has been prepped well since childhood.
A Future star...

Soon India will have an Australia style team.

Already two times u-19 champions and wpl has played a big boost.

Now the world cup win will just put it in the stratosphere.

Expect to see an insanely world class team in a decade.

She has to work on her power game and strike rotation in middle overs.she is a reliable batter unlike most of our batters. Her timing reminds me of Damien Martin /Vvs /Mahela etc.She should play in other leagues and improve her game.

has the gift of timing. good runner between the wickets. Needs to improve on bacfoot play as well as adding power. Am not sure if she should open in ODI's if we are to take advantage of the PP. She is the ideal player for middle overs.

A fantastic future awaits her in test cricket as well.

Most of our girls rely on timing. Even Shafali is such a beautiful timer. Her strokes are straight out of text book. No real slogging. Same goes for prateeka.

Relying on timing is fine but sometimes we need power game to intimidate the opposition. If u take examples of Aus or sena teams, they have the ability to up the ante anywhere.we dont have many such to win the games on sena big outfields.

Even men don't match corresponding Australians. LOok at TIm David. He hit a 129 meter six with brute power. West INdians are also beasts. We can't match them physically. INdian players have tremendous scoring range. That is where INdian plaeyrs are surging ahead SENA players. Harmanpreet kaur is skinny. But even 8 years back she was hitting 80 meter sixes for fun. Amazing bat swing, speed. LOok at ABhishek. He is a skinny dude. But he has amazing downswing. We should try to focus on what we are gooda t.

I mean pratika can't hit any 6 at all.she is very poor at hitting.I think same case for jemima, harleen too
That is her style. By nature even Jaddu is not a six hitter. IN women's cricket nobody starts hitting around sixes as openers. ALyssa healy scored 2 centuries. Her total number of sixes in this world cup is just 3. Prateeka has 4 sixes. Only Ash Gardner (6) and Litchfield(7) has more sixes than Prateeka. Mandhana has 9 sixes.

Pratika will find it difficult to make the 11 now especially with Shafali's potm performance in the World Cup final.

Good we have likes of Pratika, Harleen on the bench.
